First Dental Visit
We know your first visit to a new dental office can be a bit nerve-wracking, so we do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible. When you arrive for your first visit to our dental practice in Clark, NJ, you will be greeted by Celeste, our Patient Care Coordinator. Celeste will be available to answer any questions you may have about our dental practice, our dental services, or questions regarding dental insurance and financial arrangement.
During your first visit, we will complete a dental consultation, take a complete set of x-rays, and you will be seen by one of our skilled dental hygienists.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment:
To provide you with the best service and treatment, we request you bring the following items to your first visit:
- Insurance Card / Information
- Any medical record pertaining to your visit (ex: list of medications you are taking, pre-existing conditions, etc.)
- Photo Identification
Additionally, we recommend filling out the forms below prior to your first appointment. Printing them out and filling them in at home will save you time before your appointment, and will help familiarize you with our practice and the information we need to accurately and safely provide dental treatments to you and your family.

Q. How often should I visit the dentist?
A. According to the American Dental Association (ADA), you should visit a dentist at least twice a year for a professional cleaning and checkup. However, you many need to see a dentist as often as every 3-4 months depending in your periodontal (gum) health.

A. Painless dentistry is a way of ensuring your experience in our dental office is as stress-free and pain-free as possible. We pride ourselves on implementing the latest technologies and anesthetic delivery to reduce your discomfort. We even offer a 20-minute anesthetic option that can make a simple hygiene visit more comfortable and enjoyable.
Q. What if I have an emergency?
A. If you have a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. If you are calling during regular business hours, we are happy to accommodate you into our schedule. If you are calling after hours, on a holiday, or over the weekend, please call our office for the doctor's emergency contact number.
Q. How can I replace a missing tooth?
A. There are many options available to replace missing teeth. These include; implants, fixed bridges and removable prosthetics. For a free consultation, please call our office today. We will work with you to find the best option.
